Put on your spookiest or most silly costume, and head to the Swim and Tennis Club on Halloween evening between 5-6pm for the 2nd Annual “Trunk or Treat.”

This event is open to children through the age of 12, as well as parents and grandparents!

Interested in helping or donating candy?  You can drop candy off at the Swim and Tennis Club.

You must register, or complete any necessary changes by August 1st in order to vote in the primary.  To confirm your registration status, go to:  www.jccegov.com/voter, and clicking the “Where do I vote” link.  The James City Registrar asks anyone without internet access or who cannot verify their information online, to call 757-258-6868. 

In partnership with the Virginia Peninsula Swim Union toward the goal of providing meals to families in the Williamsburg area, we will be collecting non-perishable goods and other items to benefit FISH from 4:00pm-6:00pm at the Westbury Park pool.

Swim & Tennis Club pool — May 28 until September 5, the Swim & Tennis Club pool will be open from 9:00 am until 8:00 pm daily.  We plan to open the pool on weekends only during the month of September.  Hours will be announced at a later date.

Westbury Park pool — May 28 until June 20, the pool will be open ONLY on the weekends and ONLY from noon until 8:00 pm.  Starting June 20, the pool will be opened to Residents DAILY from noon until 8:00 pm and 9:00 pm on Friday evenings.  The pool will close Labor Day, September 5.

The Killer Whales have three (3) home swim meets scheduled for June 27, July 18, and July 25.  On those days, the Westbury Park pool will be closed. These dates will be publicized by internal (blast) emails prior to the dates to remind everyone that only the Swim & Tennis Club pool will be open that day.  On June 12, the Westbury Park pool will be closed until 4 pm.

All residents are required to sign in at each pool in order to allow us to accumulate important data on pool usage.

Do you have a swimmer between the ages of 5 – 18? Do they want to have some fun this summer and improve their swimming ability?  It is not too late to register for the Ford’s Colony Killer Whales Swim Team, but practices start Tuesday, May 31st so register NOW!
