At the latest count at the end of July 2010 the numbers are as follows:

Single family homes: 2238
Townhomes: 80
Eaglescliff condos: 12

This totals 2330 properties currently completed (and hopefully occupied)

There are currently 31 units under construction and an additional 12 townhome units in Eaglescliff under construction.

There were 3 “New Starts” (brand new construction) that applied and were approved to begin building.
