Featured home — 1101 Eaglescliffe
Fabulous Eaglescliffe condo offering a very unique floorplan!
You will love this sophisticated and extraordinarily well done home featuring a den or ‘flex” living space adjacent to the great room plus both a screened porch AND a covered porch.
Compare the costs of maintenance of a single-family home versus care-free condo living. On an annual basis, condo living has proved to be more cost effective!

Work to improve safety at the intersection of News and Centerville Roads is set to begin, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation. And that IS good news for Ford’s Colony residents who traverse that intersection just outside of the neighborhood.
Planned improvements include installing a traffic light, a right-turn lane from News onto Centerville, and left- and right-hand turn lanes off of Centerville.
The light and new turn lanes are designed to address current and future capacity issues at that intersection. VDOT predicts traffic on both roads will increase approximately 25 percent over the next 20 years.
More information about the project can be found here.
